How to Get Healthier with Real Food Nutrition in 3 Easy Steps:

1 – Convert your Kitchen

Become a food investigator and learn to read labels and know ingredients, shop organic or local, organize your pantry, learn substitute food options, organize the refrigerator for storing food

2 – Change your Cooking Habits

Start your day with lemon water, make more meals at home, cook ahead of time for the week, watch warning on common foods, balance your nutrition over a day or week not at each meal, feed your cravings with nutritious food, eat more green veggies, eat fewer processed foods, sugar and dairy

3 – Start some Smart Habits
